Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka was conceived in Minsk. Sergey was a player in the hockey league. Aryna Sabalenka was born on May 5, 1998 from Minsk Belarus. She holds 12 WTA titles throughout her career. This includes that of the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. Doubles is another sport where she shines. The US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both won with Elise Mertens. Together with the Belgian tennis player, she also took home an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing her the Sunshine Double. Only four teams from women's doubles to pull off. There were only four couples who were able to achieve this feat when playing women's doubles. The Belarusian rose into the top spot of the doubles ranking the following year, after winning in Melbourne. She became the second Belarusian tennis player achieve success in the field. Dmitry Tursunov was her coach throughout 2018, up until the end of her season in 2019, and also briefly before the year 2020 began. Dieter Kindlmann was her coach from the month of August until September 2020. She is being trained by her native nationman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova have been her inspirations.
